MONROVIA, CA – NAI Capital, a leading Southern California commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Encino represented the landlord, BF Monrovia, LLC in a 23,652 sq. ft. lease at 111 W. Lemon Avenue, Monrovia, a 48,000 square foot office building.

Anderson, Executive Vice President and Dan Bacani, Senior Vice President of NAI Capital’s Pasadena office negotiated the deal with representatives from WorleyParsons (ASX: WOR) which promises to bring over 100 positions – many of them executive level - into the heart of Old Town Monrovia, the City’s downtown retail and restaurant district.
