The Courtyards at Old Town Monrovia is a mixed-use development comprised of 163 luxury apartment units and 6,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail.  The project is located at the southern gateway to Old Town Monrovia and is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2010. 

What kinds of retailers or restaurateurs are the most needed or would be the most successful?
